That statement is completely and absolutely true. Don’t think about your needs, what you want, or even what you think when creating products and services for your business.

The creation process of your products or services should be led by the customer. Consider and anticipate your customers’ needs, wants and how they think and create services or products that will speak to those specific needs, wants, and thoughts.

Often the biggest mistakes we make when starting a business is we start off from a personal note, where it’s all about the entrepreneur and how the idea or business we are trying to start will change the world, how what we offer is exactly what the world needs and the issue there is we don’t often see that the answer to our long-term success is in that same way of thinking “looking at what the world needs”.

When we learn to understand what the world needs, we are able to create a business that will always have longevity, customers, and a deeper purpose than just making money. We will infect be creating a legacy that will live and reach beyond us.
