Project Brief: Logo and Mock Packaging Design for Skin Renos

Objective: Our objective was to create a logo and mock packaging design for Skin Renos that are simple, refreshing, and visually appealing. The designs needed to stand out across various applications while directly communicating the brand’s essence and values.

 
 

Project Overview:

Design Philosophy: We believe that a logo should be a clear and direct representation of a brand’s identity. For Skin Renos, our design philosophy centered on creating a logo that is not overly flashy but speaks directly to the brand’s commitment to natural ingredients and skincare. The packaging needed to complement the logo, maintaining a cohesive and attractive visual identity.

 
 
 
 

Creative Process:

  1. Discovery and Research: Our process began with an in-depth exploration of Skin Renos’ brand values, product range, and target audience. We researched current trends in skincare branding and packaging to ensure our designs would be both relevant and distinctive.

  2. Concept Development: Based on our research, we brainstormed and sketched several logo concepts. We aimed for a design that is simple and refreshing, focusing on natural elements to represent the brand’s use of pure ingredients. Various font styles and icons were explored to find the perfect balance.

  3. Logo Design Execution: The chosen logo features a three-leaf icon, symbolizing the natural ingredients used in Skin Renos products. The leaves are stylized in a way that is clean and modern, with colors derived from the natural palette of the brand’s ingredients. The font is rounded and soft, complementing the iconography and conveying a sense of gentleness and care, essential qualities for a skincare brand.

  4. Mock Packaging Design: For the packaging, we extended the visual language of the logo to create a cohesive design. The packaging uses the same color scheme as the logo, with a clean and minimalist layout. The three-leaf icon is prominently displayed, ensuring brand recognition. The packaging design includes clear, easy-to-read labels and descriptions, emphasizing the natural and effective qualities of the products.
